Meat and potatoes. What else do we need? Oh I don’t know… Maybe just a hint of salt, pepper, rosemary and some nutmeg. Oh and paprika. I loves me my paprika. I’m just gonna tell you how I did the potatoes, because you don’t have to be a genius to grill a steak. Just season it with salt and pepper and rub it with olive oil and you’re done. For the potatoes I pre-heated my oven to 250ºC. I sliced them into wedges and tossed them around with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg. Put them on a tray and pop them on the oven until golden. Voilá!
